What we collect

Account data (email, name, company), payment data via Stripe (we never store card numbers), and request metadata when clues are served: user agent, IP address (hashed with a daily salt and never stored in clear), language, country, the page or task context a publisher or agent sends us, and the outcome of a clue (visit, conversion, feedback).

Why

To deliver relevant clues, measure and bill them, pay publishers, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.

Retention

Event-level data is kept for 13 months; aggregated reports indefinitely. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Sharing

Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, when used), and our hosting and translation providers process data on our behalf. Advertisers see aggregated reports only; publishers see aggregated reports and agent analytics for their own sites.
